Who we are

AOOI is an AI video production studio based in Shenzhen, China. For any privacy question, email connor@aooi.ai.

What we collect

When you send a project request, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, agency or company, project type, target timing, project brief, and any optional asset links, usage preferences or reference films you include. If you email us directly, we receive your message and email address.

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. Fonts, images and videos are served from this website. The server processes connection details, such as IP addresses, for access logs and protection against abusive requests. Form contents are not included in access logs. Your browser keeps a small note for the current tab so the opening logo animation plays only once; it is not sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To prepare a quote and, if we work together, to manage the project.

We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

When online submission is available, your request is saved on our website server and queued for notification to the AOOI team. If you choose the email option, the request is sent only when you send it in your email service. The AOOI team and our website hosting and email providers handle this information to respond to your request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any resulting project, and for any period required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you have sent us by emailing connor@aooi.ai.

Where it is processed

AOOI is based in China. Your details are handled by our team and by the hosting and email infrastructure used to deliver this website and receive enquiries; processing may occur in more than one country.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date above.
